These terms govern your use of clearcoredirect.com and any purchase you make from ClearCore Labs, a TruGen Labs business. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy, Refund & Replacement Policy and Shipping Policy.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or using the Site with a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

Products and safety

Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided in good faith. Read and follow any instructions, warnings and age guidance on the packaging. Product colours may vary slightly from photos.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. An order is an offer to buy; we accept it when payment is confirmed and may cancel any order for stock, pricing or fraud reasons, in which case you are refunded in full. We may limit quantities.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. Your card statement will show TG* CLEAR CORE.

Shipping and risk of loss

See the Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers to the address you gave us.

Returns, refunds and replacements

We replace or refund defective items only. Items that have been opened are eligible for replacement, not refund. There are no refunds for change of mind. Full terms and how to claim: Refund & Replacement Policy.

Sales representatives

Independent sales reps may share links or QR codes to the Site. A rep may be paid a commission on your purchase. Reps are not authorised to make promises on our behalf beyond what is written on the Site.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with it, scrape it, or place fraudulent orders. We may refuse service or close accounts that breach these terms.

Intellectual property

The Site, its name, the ClearCore Labs name and logos, images and text belong to ClearCore Labs, a TruGen Labs business or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated (and to the extent permitted by law), the Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, and disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one posted when you order.
