Each batch is tested by an independent lab before it is sold, so what is on the label is what is in the vial, and you can check the result yourself.
Each batch is received into our warehouse under its own lot number and its Certificate of Analysis is attached to that lot. Open any product and you will see the batch shipping now, when it was received, its best-by date and the certificate itself.
Every vial is labelled with the lot code and a QR. Scan it and the certificate opens — no login, no guesswork.
Orders for on-hand items placed by 12:00 PM Pacific, Monday through Thursday, ship the same day.
Orders are packed and verified by scan at our Las Vegas warehouse, and you get tracking by email the moment the label is created. We do not ship Friday through Sunday so nothing sits in a carrier hub over the weekend.
